Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and respond to complex hardware and software problems using a variety of testing tools and techniques, serving as the primary interface with contractor support groups and ensuring proper escalation during outages or degraded performance.
•Provide Tier I and Tier II support at remote field and garrison sites, collaborating with team members and customers to ensure mission success in austere environments.
•Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hardware and software while implementing improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
•Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide-area networks, manage cryptographic devices and keys, and provide advice and training to end users.
•Install, configure, and maintain server and desktop systems, including basic cabling and integration into LAN/WAN, and manage OS security updates and user accounts.

•12+ years of related experience
•US Citizenship Required
•Top Secret/SCI clearance
•DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 CE Certification or equivalent, IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Security+ or equivalent, Computing Environment Certification: MCSA Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Linux+, VCP5, Azure Administrator Fundamentals, or equivalent
