Job Summary

Senior Art Director is responsible for conceptualizing and directing earned-first visual campaigns for PR and influencer-driven content, shaping editorial experiences and real-time creative for fast-paced media moments. You’ll manage sector-specific visuals (Entertainment, Beverages, FMCG), collaborate with accounts and influencers, and translate sustainability and brand narratives into cinematic visuals across PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Conceptualize and lead Earned-First visual campaigns for PR designed to generate organic conversations, press coverage, social impact, and influencer engagement
•Design editorial and experiential narratives including physical PR stunts, brand activations, press kits, and high-impact digital content
•Demonstrate agility with Real-Time Creative to produce visually compelling assets quickly in response to current events
•Manage sector-specific visual direction across entertainment, premium beverages and lifestyle, and consumer brands
•Collaborate with PR accounts teams and influencers to ensure visual outputs align with communication strategy and deliver exceptional visuals

Key Requirements

•4-5 years of experience in advertising, communications, or design with PR, brand activations, or digital content
•Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and willingness to leverage generative AI tools
•Ability to work with fast timings in PR and newsjacking contexts, delivering visually compelling pieces quickly
•Experience designing physical and digital press kits, brand activations, and high-impact digital content
•Strong collaboration skills and proactive ideation to present visual concepts internally and to clients
