Job Summary

Own Data & AI practice portfolio management and sales enablement across North America and EMEA. Translate practice investment decisions—agentic AI, Private AI infrastructure, data platforms, and responsible AI governance—into sales-ready narratives, playbooks, pricing guardrails, and win themes. Partner with practice leaders, alliance teams, and Specialty Sales, and use competitive intelligence and offering strategy to equip hundreds of sellers and solution architects to win in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Data & AI portfolio positioning, packaging, and sales strategy across North America and EMEA.
•Develop sales-ready plays, narratives, playbooks, and business cases from competitive intelligence and practice investment decisions.
•Create pricing guardrails and win-themes that resonate across stakeholders from boardroom to bid room.
•Equip and enable hundreds of sellers, solution architects, and client partners with enablement assets.
•Collaborate with NA/EMEA practice leaders, alliance teams, and Specialty Sales, reporting to the Global Head of Data Platforms.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in technology portfolio strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, or solution strategy in enterprise technology, consulting, or systems integration.
•Experience building and scaling sales enablement programs for a global or multi-region seller population.
•Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear sales-ready narratives, playbooks, and business cases.
•Strong knowledge of modern data platform architectures (data lakehouses, cloud-native warehouses, data mesh, real-time streaming) and data/AI ecosystems.
•Awareness of data governance, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2).
