Key Responsibilities

  • •Build models for strategic finance and scenario planning, evaluating initiatives, investment opportunities, and business scenarios.
  • •Maintain and enhance 3-statement financial models and unit economic models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Brigit and Upbound; deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • •Monitor cash flow and working capital needs and collaborate with Upbound finance to deploy capital effectively.
  • •Design scalable finance processes, identify automation opportunities using AI/LLMs, and support hiring/mentorship of a financial analyst.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth, consumer-focused company.
  • •Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP.
  • •Experience with customer unit economics (LTV:CAC, retention, ARPU) and 3-statement modeling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a plus.
