Key Responsibilities

•Recruit across an assigned region for the sales team and be a subject matter expert for roles and market
•Develop relationships with managers to understand departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
•Use multiple recruiting sources and strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates
•Screen resumes and manage candidates through the hiring process from interview prep to offer negotiation
•Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
•Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor and Grayscale
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
•Experience in developing recruitment strategy
•Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and boolean search methods
