Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a tow truck to provide tow service to customer vehicles on the lot and in other required locations.
  • •Operate a front-end loader to load/unload vehicles and move vehicles around the lot for auction shops.
  • •Affix and release tow equipment safely, leaving vehicles in a safe/immobile manner and hauling vehicles to directed areas.
  • •Scan every towed vehicle using the TC75 and assist with towing, jump-starting, unlocking, and vehicle locating using Lot Vision as needed.
  • •Perform routine maintenance checks and help with lot operations/sale-day activities, including running reports to move vehicles into the sale TRA area.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination (degree/certification plus 3 years, or 7 years experience).
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •1–3 years of experience driving a service/tow truck or front-end loader.
  • •Operate tow truck and front-end loader safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • •Perform routine maintenance checks on the tow truck and front-end loader (e.g., oil, lubes, filters, tires).
