•Use market intelligence and competitor analysis to understand the market and support business opportunity identification aligned with growth strategy.
•Build and manage a project pipeline in the company’s sales management system.
•Engage property owners, general contractors, and design institutes to assess needs and develop customized HVAC technical solutions with cost estimates and specifications.
•Present proposals and coordinate with technical support to create competitive technical solutions and win project opportunities.
•Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure project completion, handle contract execution/collections, and complete daily sales activities, reporting, and system updates.

•Ability to align technical solutions with business needs, influence and persuade customers to adopt proposed solutions.
•Strong customer service and advisory skills, with effective collaboration across teams and excellent communication.
