Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product design across the SHARE platform within the SHOP pod.
  • •Define and drive the design vision for digital customer journeys and experiences.
  • •Run the end-to-end design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • •Ensure design excellence and consistency using design systems, reusable components, and established standards.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop product designers; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing throughout delivery to drive measurable customer impact.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI expertise across mobile and web platforms.
  • •Lead user-centered design from research and prototyping through delivery of high-quality digital products.
