Lead product design for the SHARE ecommerce ecosystem, defining the design vision for digital customer journeys across mobile and web. Own the end-to-end design process from research and prototyping to usability testing, ensuring scalable, customer-centric experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to drive discovery and delivery, while mentoring designers and using design systems to maintain quality, consistency, and measurable improvements in customer engagement and retention.
