Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of criticized/classified loans, developing and executing workout strategies to minimize delinquency, charge-offs, and loss exposure.
  • •Evaluate problem loan relationships, develop resolution recommendations, negotiate repayment arrangements, and monitor adherence to approved agreements.
  • •Oversee bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession, and other recovery activities, including management and disposition of acquired assets.
  • •Ensure assigned assets are appropriately risk rated and reserved, recommending accrual status changes and charge-offs on a timely basis.
  • •Provide guidance to lending staff on identifying, evaluating, and resolving deteriorating credit situations and communicate reporting, analysis, and recommendations to relationship managers and senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
