•Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership—framing the right questions, building the analytical foundation, and driving toward actionable recommendations.
•Monitor and synthesize business performance across the digital funnel; identify emerging trends, surface risks and opportunities, and communicate findings with executive-level clarity.
•Translate complex business problems into structured frameworks that drive alignment and enable faster, better decisions.
•Drive the day-to-day operational heartbeat of the team: manage reporting cadences, synthesize key result progress, and ensure the right information reaches the right partners at the right time.
•Build and maintain the frameworks and tools that enable disciplined prioritization; partner with cross-functional teams to keep critical initiatives on track, resolving blockers and maintaining momentum through structured program management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,400 - 264,800 annually
