Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and update multiple project schedules across the United States, managing multiple versions and baselines for stakeholder use.
  • •Work with PMs, Construction Managers, General Contractors, and technical leads to set up baseline schedules and perform critical path analysis, planning, and forecasting.
  • •Identify potential schedule delays, facilitate timely escalation, and maintain accurate progress validation from assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
  • •Document scheduling processes and maintain records; coordinate timelines across internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • •Conduct daily/weekly delay surveys, update schedules in real time, and support internal and external schedule/milestone reporting and status/investor updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five years’ experience as a project scheduler, including at least two years in data center development or a related construction scheduling industry.
  • •Experience managing schedules for multiple complex, multi-phased projects simultaneously.
  • •Proficiency with Procore and other construction management software.
  • •Advanced proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6 (baseline maintenance, float/variance analysis, logic checks, reporting).
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
