Support daily field and facility operations by preparing and loading/unloading railcars and trucks, operating automated scale/dump systems, and performing scheduled maintenance and equipment inspections. Key Responsibilities

•Perform general labor responsibilities and comply with company policy and government regulations for commodities.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening hardware, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty equipment, and control/monitor load-out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks while inspecting equipment for leaks and seeps.
•Maintain inventory quality, deliver products to customer sites, and ensure safe, clean work areas with complete record keeping.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Ability to follow pre-employment screening requirements if applicable (e.g., drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, FMSCA Clearinghouse).
