Coordinator - Cargo Customer Service

Deliver customer experience for flydubai Cargo across the UAE and regional markets. Serve as the first point of contact for bookings, quotations, and service queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Support product and routing questions, manage flight bookings, coordinate complaint and query resolution, verify documentation, and provide proactive shipment tracking and status updates. Maintain accurate cargo system records and coordinate across operations, ground handling, sales, and finance to resolve exceptions quickly.
