Key Requirements

  • •1 to 4 years of bankruptcy experience, with some commercial litigation or corporate experience preferred.
  • •Must be admitted to, or have the ability to waive into, the Minnesota Bar.
  • •Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, with strong academic credentials.
  • •Additional experience or a degree in finance, accounting, business, or banking is a plus; Federal Clerkship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • •Highly motivated to participate in an active practice, demonstrate initiative, and assume responsibility for client matters, with strong interpersonal skills for a collaborative team.
