Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop delivery of landscape design and planning projects, including site survey and analysis.
  • •Represent technical excellence in meetings and workshops, and assist leads with project management covering financial and programme responsibilities.
  • •Produce and/or oversee reports, drawings, and technical documentation across development stages from feasibility to construction information.
  • •Support and undertake contract administration (e.g., JCLI) to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • •Mentor and develop junior staff and facilitate proactive client engagement and business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
  • •Experience preparing LVIAs and TVIAs and evidence-base documents in line with best practice.
  • •Experience designing public realm schemes and complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Knowledge of the UK planning system and project management (financial control, reporting, programme management).
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Revit and/or Civil 3D desirable.
