Job Summary

Deliver landscape design and planning projects across energy transition, urban regeneration, environmental enhancement, and aviation sectors. Conduct site survey and analysis, contribute to workshops and client engagement, and support leads with project management including financial and programme responsibilities. Produce and/or oversee reports, drawings, and construction documentation through all development stages, support contract administration, and mentor junior staff. Work within multidisciplinary teams using appropriate software.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop delivery of landscape design and planning projects, including site survey and analysis.
•Represent technical excellence in meetings and workshops, and assist leads with project management covering financial and programme responsibilities.
•Produce and/or oversee reports, drawings, and technical documentation across development stages from feasibility to construction information.
•Support and undertake contract administration (e.g., JCLI) to ensure high-quality project delivery.
•Mentor and develop junior staff and facilitate proactive client engagement and business development.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
•Experience preparing LVIAs and TVIAs and evidence-base documents in line with best practice.
•Experience designing public realm schemes and complex multi-disciplinary projects.
•Knowledge of the UK planning system and project management (financial control, reporting, programme management).
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Revit and/or Civil 3D desirable.
