Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationally lead and manage the team, providing technical leadership and training to the Middle Market broking team and broader practice.
  • •Coordinate marketing strategy and broker major accounts and lead lines.
  • •Lead broker on complex insurance programs: assess exposures, design solutions, negotiate risk transfer products, and ensure high client retention.
  • •Develop and maintain analytical/actuarial techniques understanding to design and compare risk transfer/financing plans; plan and lead renewal cycles.
  • •Assist with business development, expand engagements with existing clients, source new projects/consultancy services, and participate in RFP responses while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage a broking team and provide technical leadership and training to the Middle Market broking team and broader practice.
  • •Serve as lead broker on complex insurance programs, including strategic assessment, solution design, and negotiation of risk transfer products.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate with senior executive clients in oral and written form, and strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • •Involvement in the transaction of insurance for commercial risk/middle market companies, with a network of carrier relationships.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent years of industry experience, and a Property and Casualty Brokers License required (or obtain within 90 days).
