Middle Market Broking Midwest Region Leader

Lead and manage a Middle Market broking team within Aon’s Midwest Practice, providing technical leadership, training, and strategic guidance. Coordinate marketing strategy and broker major accounts and lead lines, serving as the lead broker on complex insurance programs by assessing exposures, designing solutions, negotiating risk transfer products, and driving renewal planning. Build client and carrier relationships, ensure high client retention, support RFP responses, and assist business development while maintaining operational excellence and service management adherence.
