Job Summary

Lead the CRM Product team to create a single, reliable source of truth for customers across multiple business units. Drive identity resolution and data architecture, consolidate tools into the core CRM, and design governance with BU self-service. Own the CRM integration roadmap (e.g., Intercom and marketing automation), and lead a squad of developers and analysts toward adoption and data health. Report to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the transition from a fragmented lead-ID system to unique customer records across Intercom, marketing campaigns, and sales teams.
•Execute CRM platform consolidation, migrating BUs from disparate tools into the core CRM environment without slowing operations.
•Conduct customer-focused discovery with each BU to understand workflows and root causes impacting data/system integrity.
•Design governance and self-service so BUs can manage their processes while maintaining strict control over core schemas and global integrations.
•Own the CRM ecosystem integration roadmap and lead a squad of developers and analysts with success measured by adoption and data health.

Key Requirements

•Have ideally led a complex CRM transformation (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot) and understand how data moves across a company.
•Own data modeling for unique customer identity (differentiating contacts vs leads) and solve cross-platform “unique ID” issues.
•Drive platform consolidation without disrupting BU operational velocity, migrating from tools like Salesforce, Airtable, and spreadsheets.
•Work deeply with business units to identify root causes vs symptoms and translate needs into robust systems.
•Bring stakeholder diplomacy and technical literacy to collaborate with data engineers and CRM developers on schema design and API/data triggers.
