Job Summary

Provide first-line business management and governance coordination for new and expanding FICC initiatives, translating strategy into controlled execution. Partner with Trading, Sales, Quantitative Analytics, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Model Governance to build integrated roadmaps, track deliverables and risks, and ensure readiness across product launches and electronic trading workflows. Drive performance reporting and front-to-back operating gap remediation within the firm’s control framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain integrated roadmaps across strategic initiatives, product development, trading capabilities, analytics, risk infrastructure, electronic trading, operating processes, and control priorities.
•Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners, decisions, risks, remediation items, and executive reporting.
•Support business planning, expense and headcount management, resource prioritization, and performance reporting for senior management and governance forums.
•Coordinate new-product and business-expansion readiness across Front Office, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Market Data, and other partners.
•Establish readiness criteria and coordinate first-line governance activities for launch/expansion, including testing, approvals, change control, issue remediation, monitoring, and evidence retention.

Salary: USD 143,905 - 169,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
•Ten or more years of relevant experience in capital markets, trading business management, product development, platform delivery, risk, finance, operations, technology, or a related function.
•Strong understanding of FICC products and the front-to-back trading lifecycle, including pricing, execution, booking, risk, P&L, controls, and post-trade processes.
•Experience coordinating complex initiatives across Front Office businesses and partners across Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other control functions.
•Familiarity with new-product governance, electronic trading, analytical and risk infrastructure, model governance, or controlled technology deployment.
