Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products based on client needs.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, audit procedures, policies, and documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (required) or a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than prior financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office) and digital technology (mobile/apps/web) to educate clients on Key platforms (required).
