Job Summary

Serve as the trusted on-site HR partner for the Montreal location, delivering integrated HR impact and orchestrating key employee lifecycle moments. You will lead employee relations, mediate complex workplace issues with Legal support, enable people managers through communication and performance management guidance, and help champion site culture through local events. You’ll also ensure Quebec compliance, including CNESST, employment standards, and French-language requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager relations matters.
•Mediate and resolve complex workplace issues, collaborating with Legal when needed.
•Lead critical employee lifecycle moments to enhance engagement and analyze feedback to identify workforce trends.
•Support people managers through performance management, coaching on performance and development, and enabling effective management.
•Ensure Quebec compliance, including CNESST and employment standards, support Francization requirements, and participate in health & Safety committees.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience focused on employee relations and supporting people managers.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
•French proficiency for internal communications and collaboration in Québec, plus English proficiency for international stakeholders.
