Drive sales and build long-term relationships with luxury clients for bespoke stone staircases and fireplaces. Act as a brand ambassador, prospect and engage architects, interior designers, and private customers, and present tailored recommendations. Prepare persuasive proposals, manage the sales pipeline in a CRM, and collaborate with design and stonemason teams to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact through project completion.
