Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process optimization initiatives across mixing, baking, drying, grinding, seasoning, packaging, and utility operations.
  • •Analyze production data, implement corrective actions, and develop/maintain process standards, work instructions, and SOPs.
  • •Identify and coordinate cost-saving projects and lead root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and Pareto.
  • •Lead plant trials and scale-up activities from pilot to commercial production, establishing process parameters and product specifications.
  • •Participate in equipment selection, commissioning, and validation, and support capacity expansion and process automation with engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
  • •Experience delivering productivity, quality, and cost improvement projects.
  • •Knowledge of bakery/breadcrumbs/snacks/cereal/confectionery or FMCG manufacturing.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred) and strong problem-solving with root-cause tools.
