Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before visiting patients.
  • •Use technology to access your schedule and coordinate care securely.
  • •Build rapport with a diverse range of patients while collecting relevant information and performing services.
  • •Provide low-acuity diagnostic and preventative services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina images, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and providing diagnostic/preventative care in a patient-centered setting.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification for states without state-level licensure requirements.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance, with reliable transportation for traveling to patient homes.
  • •Pass required background and DMV checks and complete listed vaccination/immunity requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, and TDaP).
