Job Summary

Operate sprayers and airflow machines to apply fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision, while working directly with local farmers and customers in a courteous, professional manner. Educate customers on products, techniques, and ongoing product support. Perform hands-on warehouse and general maintenance tasks, including loading/unloading inputs from trucks or railcars, equipment inspections, and record keeping to support community impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply fertilizer and crop protection products using equipment such as high clearance sprayers or floaters.
•Work with customers professionally and educate them on products applied, techniques used, and continued support.
•Assist sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met.
•Perform warehouse work including driving loaders, operating forklifts, and supporting mechanics and maintenance.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks and pick up and deliver product as needed, including record keeping and equipment inspection/maintenance.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agriculture application.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
•Must meet DOT and company requirements.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
