Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion to map intelligence gaps, workflow friction, and handoff failures, and translate findings into a prioritized problem backlog.
  • •Build and refine AI agents for a defined area of the revenue lifecycle, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, and output calibration.
  • •Ship working solutions against real workflows and ensure adoption and output quality through monitoring, diagnosis, and continuous tuning.
  • •Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, account strategy sessions).
  • •Partner cross-functionally to ground systems in field context and help validate that the intelligence captured across the revenue lifecycle improves agent outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct involvement in the commercial motion at a B2B SaaS company.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
