Maintenance Supervisor

Lead and supervise maintenance employees to support departmental operations at the Latrobe Specialty Metals facility. You’ll plan, schedule, and execute maintenance work within your area of responsibility, address performance issues promptly, and reinforce company safety policies and expectations. Maintain organized work areas and foster a positive shop-floor environment through regular communication, while partnering with others to achieve department and company goals, including special projects as assigned.
