Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead time-bound strategy development projects for Innovative Models and support critical workstreams, structuring complex problems and generating evidence-based recommendations.
  • •Lead strategic operations, portfolio management, and leadership engagement for Pathways Navigation, including advising and credit mobility.
  • •Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategy exploration, track progress against measurable outcomes, and communicate findings clearly.
  • •Lead pipeline and investment management, coordinating across program officers and stakeholders to maintain portfolio views, manage risks, and produce due diligence and written funding recommendations.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder engagement and drive alignment; create executive and partner communications and provide complex project management support across multiple workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in strategy consulting, public policy, education, economics, or a related field.
  • •Significant experience in strategy development, structured problem-solving, and end-to-end program or portfolio management with measurable outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesize findings into executive-level written, verbal, and visual communications.
  • •Experience working with postsecondary institutions and related stakeholders, building collaborative relationships and exercising informal influence.
  • •Significant experience building and adapting operational systems such as investment pipelines, portfolio tracking, and operating models, including due diligence and funding recommendations.
