Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver TSP Technical Services and Defect Cell activities, maintaining fleet operational reliability, airworthiness, and safety per DGCA/EASA and Airbus standards.
  • •Coordinate/collect/review/analyze SHM/SPM defects, pilot reports, and maintenance reports, and provide technical resolution.
  • •Create work order and recommendation dossiers for technical resolution in coordination with customers.
  • •Compile daily maintenance reports covering fleet status, maintenance performed, deferred defects, and irregularities; provide delays and technical issues synopsis.
  • •Support troubleshooting including AOG resolution, manage deferred/repetitive defects and technical queries, identify non-routine parts/materials/tools/consumables and coordinate availability, and review engineering documents (SB, AD, AOT).

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a minimum B1 or B2 AME license on A320 aircraft.
  • •Have at least 3 years of certifying experience as an AME.
  • •Have general awareness of airline CAMO organization and MCC functioning.
  • •Demonstrate good organizational skills, flexibility with multiple priorities, and attention to details.
  • •Have good interpersonal and communication skills, with intermediate computer application skills (G suite / MS Office).
