Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, then develop and implement a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver fit-for-purpose controls & performance solutions.
  • •Lead analysis, define findings, and produce documentation/recommendations reports across different stages of client engagements.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives, working effectively across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems (tailored to circumstances), and use technology—including AI and machine learning—to add value to client and internal initiatives.
  • •Drive programme advisory team activities: internal development of transformation approaches, bid/proposal business generation, and provide line management/development of direct reports as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls, with relevant experience in the PMO/controls & performance environment.
  • •Experience on major capital projects/programmes, including roles within PMO/controls & performance (schedule, cost, risk, change or performance reporting) in the infrastructure sector.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Ability to write and present complex reports and navigate stakeholder environments up to C-suite/executive client teams.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and diagramming/collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams) plus controls & performance software (e.g., Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI).
