•7+ years of progressive, relevant legal experience as a practicing attorney

•5+ years of healthcare privacy and security law experience including HIPAA and state privacy laws, data breach response, and review of data protection agreements
•Strong writing, analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments
•Experience with state AI laws in employment and privacy contexts (e.g., workplace monitoring, automated decision making)
