Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparation of monthly forecast and annual profit plan for the site
  • •Analyze operational financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • •Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, presentations, and ad-hoc financial analysis to support the site
  • •Drive inventory and costing accuracy including cycle count compliance, annual physical inventory activities, and annual standard cost roll execution
  • •Maintain the fixed asset register and support capital appropriation requests (CARs) by tracking open capital projects for timely execution

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • •3 years varied accounting/finance experience
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment with cost accounting (plus)
  • •Demonstrated accuracy and discipline in financial reporting, cost tracking, and capital/project analysis while managing multiple priorities
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and help direct the team
