Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain ramp execution plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness trackers for assigned programs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional activities, lead daily and weekly execution reviews, and remove roadblocks to drive accountability.
  • •Lead startup readiness and pre-flight reviews, resource planning, and closure of open action items and readiness gaps.
  • •Identify and manage schedule, resource, technical, and operational risks; develop mitigation plans and serve as site-level escalation coordinator.
  • •Maintain project metrics, reporting dashboards, documentation deliverables, and lessons-learned activities to improve future ramp execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Business, Operations, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, manufacturing, engineering project management, or semiconductor equipment environments.
