Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and develop a team of Personal Effectiveness Skills Coaches with clear objectives, performance expectations, and accountability.
•Deliver quality assurance through learning observations, reviews, and structured feedback to maintain programme standards.
•Manage performance issues proactively, including holding challenging conversations, resolving conflicts, and driving improvement via action plans.
•Monitor programme performance, identify trends, risks, and development opportunities, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
•Support continuous improvement of the Graduate Programme using data, feedback, and stakeholder insights to enhance quality, engagement, and outcomes.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 49,000 annually
