Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and features using surveying instruments and techniques.
  • •Determine and mark property boundaries, easements, rights-of-way, and land divisions in compliance with legal and surveying standards.
  • •Create maps, charts, and plats from survey data to support land development, construction, and planning.
  • •Provide construction layout services using survey data, including site grading, building locations, and infrastructure alignments.
  • •Prepare legal documents and survey deliverables (sketches, maps, reports, property descriptions, survey plats, boundary certificates) for recording and filing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant surveying experience.
  • •Proficient knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail to ensure accurate boundary and measurement results.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
