Technical Manager

Lead the stage department at O2 Academy Bournemouth, welcoming incoming productions and ensuring the smooth technical running of a wide range of live events. Inspire and manage a diverse back-of-house and freelance team, oversee stage/technical operations, and act as the first point of contact for advancing and technical fulfilment. Drive Health & Safety compliance, manage rotas and recruitment, maintain technical assets and equipment standards, and support the venue’s presentation with the General Manager.
