Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts, building relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
  • •Lead complex sales cycles from account planning and pipeline development through negotiation, forecasting, and closing.
  • •Develop targeted sales strategies for the territory to increase account penetration and expand market share across cybersecurity and observability.
  • •Engage C-level stakeholders and lead commercial discussions to build agreements aligned to customer and business goals.
  • •Collaborate with Cisco and Splunk teams (engineering, product, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, partners) to shape solutions and support successful delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong record of quota achievement, ideally with large, complex global enterprise customers.
  • •Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or observability solutions.
  • •Ability to operate at CxO level and navigate complex enterprise buying cycles, including multi-million-dollar deals.
  • •Strong understanding of MEDDPICC methodology and experience building, scaling, and managing high-value pipelines.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; native French and fluent English (written and spoken).
