Job Summary

Own the people agenda across South East Asia by adapting and operationalising global People initiatives for local regulatory and cultural realities. Provide HR business partnering to a defined client group, lead employment compliance and people risk management, and act as escalation point for complex employee relations. Lead, develop, and coach a small People team of four, monitor engagement and organisational health, and connect regional priorities back to the global People function.

•Adapt and operationalise global People initiatives for the region to ensure local relevance and compliance.
•Provide targeted People Partnering support to a defined client group, including org design, reorgs, and rollout of people programs.
•Own regional employment compliance and people risk in partnership with Location Partners and Employment Legal.
•Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters and respond to critical regional events.
•Lead and develop a team of four across People Partnering, People Relations, and Location Partners, setting regional priorities and coaching in a matrixed environment.

•Strong judgement navigating ambiguity and complex, sensitive people decisions.
•Ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders.
