Job Summary

Lead the strategic management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets to maximize long-term value and optimize financial performance. Drive leasing and tenant experience, manage CAPEX and asset enhancement initiatives, and oversee service provider governance using SLAs and KPIs. Use strong quantitative and valuation capabilities to support annual business planning, budgeting, and investment decisions, while coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders. Role is for a UAE National.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize long-term value and portfolio performance.
•Manage portfolio financial performance (NOI, occupancy, yield, valuation, total return) and oversee business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
•Lead leasing strategies to improve occupancy, rental growth, tenant retention, and tenant engagement (including customer satisfaction and NPS).
•Lead asset enhancement programs and CAPEX initiatives, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects and monitor post-completion performance.
•Oversee property and facilities management service providers using agreed SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks; drive operational excellence and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in real estate/property and asset management, investment banking, buy-side/sell-side advisory, or related fields.
•At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
•Minimum 2+ years in a related managerial position.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting; MBA (Finance) preferred.
•Advanced Excel skills; proven track record in valuation/financial models and the ability to interpret transaction documentation (NDAs, MoUs, LOIs, SPAs).
