Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize long-term value and portfolio performance.
  • •Manage portfolio financial performance (NOI, occupancy, yield, valuation, total return) and oversee business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • •Lead leasing strategies to improve occupancy, rental growth, tenant retention, and tenant engagement (including customer satisfaction and NPS).
  • •Lead asset enhancement programs and CAPEX initiatives, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects and monitor post-completion performance.
  • •Oversee property and facilities management service providers using agreed SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks; drive operational excellence and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in real estate/property and asset management, investment banking, buy-side/sell-side advisory, or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • •Minimum 2+ years in a related managerial position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting; MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; proven track record in valuation/financial models and the ability to interpret transaction documentation (NDAs, MoUs, LOIs, SPAs).
