Key Responsibilities

•Own the full operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability for distinct network services or platforms across global offices and cloud environments.
•Collaborate with Business Technology, Workplace, Security, and TDI teams to plan projects, improve network security, and resolve recurring incidents.
•Develop and maintain fleet consistency by scheduling change requests, configuring network monitoring tools, and participating in an on-call rotation to remediate outages.
•Lead technical delivery, architecture research, and blameless post-mortems after incidents to drive systemic learning.
•Coach and mentor team members by recommending training and applying systems perspective to troubleshoot network problems.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
•Comprehensive networking knowledge including WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, ACLs, routing, and firewall policies.
•Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployment, scaling, and recovery, plus scripting/programming for custom tooling.
•Experience with observability, using a data-driven approach to define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, and knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging.
•Direct experience working with hardware/software vendors, Internet/WAN connectivity partners, and managing wireless networks.
