Founder's Associate

Work closely with core teams to drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. You’ll solve business and product challenges with leadership, lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, and help build new teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows. The role also includes researching new markets and opportunities and improving operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.
