Motor Vehicle Dispatcher

Serve as the liaison between motor vehicle operators and PFPA FALD Fleet Management, monitoring incidents and coordinating vehicle dispatches. Schedule and dispatch passenger, cargo, and bus vehicles; track departures, destinations, cargo, and return times; investigate overdue issues; and communicate follow-ups to supervisory staff. Maintain vehicle logs, mileage, fuel usage, costs, and related documentation using fleet management systems while assisting operators during breakdowns and resolving customer complaints.
