Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of directly related experience in areas such as organizational change management, communication, organizational development, marketing, human resources, and/or project delivery, including at least 2 years of change management experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of project management and/or change management and demonstrated application to complex work products.
  • •Experience partnering for client success, applying emotional intelligence, organizational savvy, and influencing/coaching leaders to overcome resistance to change.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus working knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements.
