Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on immigration matters for EMEA and APAC, supporting Americas as needed.
  • •Support candidate immigration assessments and visa applications.
  • •Support cross-border mobility including international transfers and cross-border travel.
  • •Manage employee and business requests through completion by securing approvals and escalating as required.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Tax, and Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S./B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or related field plus 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Working knowledge of global immigration requirements.
  • •Experience in cross-border mobility (Permanent Transfers; Flex Work).
  • •Experience working in Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility.
  • •Working knowledge of WorkDay, ServiceNow, Slack, and G Suite; strong written and verbal communication skills.
