Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee structural engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • •Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations to determine load capacities, material specifications, and safety factors.
  • •Prepare comprehensive design documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports for construction and permitting.
  • •Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and drafting teams to ensure accuracy and quality of design outputs.
  • •Conduct site inspections and assessments, resolve construction issues, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years? No—Minimum 8 years working experience and 5 years relevant working experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • •Advanced structural engineering expertise across steel, concrete, and timber structural systems.
  • •Proficiency with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or Staad.Pro.
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, plus ERP (preferably SAP) functional skills.
