Provide structural and foundation design, technical analysis, and problem resolution across multiple projects, coordinating structural drawings with architectural and MEP works. Lead design development and structural calculations, optimize designs for cost, safety, and constructability, and produce documentation for construction and permitting. Ensure compliance with building codes through reviews and audits, conduct site inspections, manage risks, and support HSE/incident reporting while guiding junior engineers and drafting teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and oversee structural engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations to determine load capacities, material specifications, and safety factors.
•Prepare comprehensive design documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports for construction and permitting.
•Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and drafting teams to ensure accuracy and quality of design outputs.
•Conduct site inspections and assessments, resolve construction issues, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

•7+ years? No—Minimum 8 years working experience and 5 years relevant working experience.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
•Advanced structural engineering expertise across steel, concrete, and timber structural systems.
•Proficiency with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or Staad.Pro.
•Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, plus ERP (preferably SAP) functional skills.
