•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
•Lead the transition to an outcome-driven Product Operating Model with frameworks like product trios and Kaizen.
•Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, guiding its strategy, growth, and integration within the MonetizeMore ecosystem.
•Own end-to-end monetization strategy for Advanced Ads, prioritizing roadmap based on ROI and customer lifetime value.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped with adoption and commercial impact in mind.
