  • •Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for regional operations and advise leaders using business, financial, and operational analysis.
  • •Utilize data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve regional operations performance and efficiency.
  • •Mentor and hold accountable a team of General Managers, including coaching, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to execute change management initiatives, conceptualize new processes/systems, and ensure compliance with established safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Must live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (or be open to relocating to an area within one of these time zones).
  • •Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to support sites.
  • •Minimum of 8 years leading complex business transformation initiatives, developing people, and solving complex operational problems in a high-volume environment.
  • •Strong leadership and operational track record, specifically in Auction Operations, with strategic data analysis and change-management experience.
