Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS.
  • •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including balance sheet schedules and reviewing journal entries.
  • •Record transactions for regional entities and provide monthly bank reconciliations.
  • •Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies, and support general ledger accounting for subsidiaries.
  • •Assess and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls, assist with year-end audits, and support ad-hoc analyses such as budget vs. actual and cash forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related) plus a professional certificate (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA).
  • •1 to 3 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience.
  • •In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and basic accounting procedures.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with an accounting ERP system (preferably NetSuite or similar).
