Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Team Head in improving and maintaining day-to-day running of the RC team at HCIB and CIB level, ensuring efficient decision-making and execution.
  • •Execute and track project initiatives and deliverables, providing timely updates to senior stakeholders, including supporting entity governance and reporting.
  • •Drive RC strategy by identifying emerging issues and trends, advising senior management on impacts to RC risk management, and ensuring effective RC input.
  • •Provide oversight of risk and control assessment processes to ensure consistent interpretation and escalation of inconsistencies across CIB RC.
  • •Support line management with crisis management activities and provide RC input into entity compliance projects and relevant systems developments.
