Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic employment law advice for business and HR leaders, balancing legal risk, employee considerations, and commercial objectives.
  • •Drive implementation of company initiatives and strengthen compliance with applicable law and internal policies across the region.
  • •Prevent and manage employment disputes and litigation, including oversight of external counsel, strategy, cost, and outcomes.
  • •Advise on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and post-acquisition integration to identify risk and enable effective execution.
  • •Provide legal leadership for national and local consultation, negotiation, and collective labour processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with at least eight years’ employment law dedicated experience advising multinational organisations, including substantial in-house experience.
  • •Strong command of EU employment law and demonstrable experience across Eastern European jurisdictions.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders in a multinational environment.
  • •Experience advising across META jurisdictions and navigating cross-border employment matters.
  • •Fluency in an additional language relevant to the region.
