Job Summary

Support agency-partner projects for TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team by assisting with event/offline activation setup, sales and client engagement preparation, and day-to-day project tracking. Help with ad operations troubleshooting and escalations, including handling rejected ads. •Assist with on-site preparation and organization for offline activations and events to ensure smooth operations with cross-functional teams and external parties.

•Research and document competitors’ advertising activities to identify industry trends and business opportunities, and help with ad operations troubleshooting and escalations.
•Build and maintain real-time dashboards for agent advertising spending and conduct attribution analysis by country, industry, and product dimensions.
•Assist with daily project management and follow up on project timelines to ensure orderly progress.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in management, statistics, economics, computer science, economics and trade, advertising, foreign languages, or related disciplines.
•Strong communication, project management, and data analysis capabilities.
•Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, plus various data management tools.
•Self-motivated, fast-learning, collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented.
•Available to start ASAP, work a minimum of 3 days per week, and commit to at least 6 months.
